Stayzio manages 30,000 vacation rentals, but their booking flow confused both guests and owners. Support volume told the story.
What we produced
Two companion animations — one per audience — sharing a sun-washed visual system. The guest film follows a family from search to check-in; the owner film follows a booking from inquiry to payout.
The results
Support tickets about booking and payouts fell 38%; the dual-film approach became their default for every new feature.
