Chattera deploys conversational AI for support teams. Every competitor demoed the same chat bubble. Nobody showed a personality.
What we produced
A 90-second film starring the assistant itself — an expressive animated character that resolves three real support tickets on camera, growing subtly more charming with each one.
The results
Ticket deflection rose 44% post-launch; the character now fronts the product UI.
